The Customer Survey 2022 competition is being held by Peach Payments Proprietary Limited (Registration No. 2012/076633/07).

1. The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years and over except employees, directors, agents or consultants of Peach Payments, their immediate family and anyone otherwise connected with or involved in the sponsorship or advertising of the competition.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. To enter the competition, you need to complete and submit the survey as directed.
4. The competition will start at 8am on 1st November 2022 and end at 9pm on 17th November 2022. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. The prize is as follows:
   a. Three lucky winners will each receive a R1000 (one thousand rand) voucher to redeem on the Faithful to Nature Website (https://www.faithful-to-nature.co.za/).
   b. The voucher must be presented when paying online via the website to receive the voucher discount off your purchase.
   c. The voucher may not be redeemable against certain promotions, sales or special offers. The winner must check before ordering whether the voucher may be used for the order.
   d. Vouchers may only be redeemed once.
   e. The prize is as stated, and no cash equivalent or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable, and they may not be sold or traded. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.
6. A winner will be randomly chosen from all entries received and verified by Peach Payments. Winners will be notified via email.
7. Winners may be disqualified if they do not respond to an email within 7 days. In such an event, an alternative winner may be chosen.
8. Only 1 entry per person is allowed.
9. We will not be liable for any disruption to any competition, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond our reasonable control. IIf there is any disruption to a competition, we will use our reasonable commercial endeavours to remedy the disruption and resume the competition on a fair and equitable basis.
10. Peach Payments’ decision regarding the winners of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result.
11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entries that do not comply with these Terms andConditions will be disqualified. Any breach may result in forfeiture of any prize.
12. The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
13. As far as the law allows, neither us, nor our directors, officers, employees, agents, franchisees and/or suppliers, shall be responsible for any loss you may suffer as a result of your failure to participate in a giveaway, event or promotion, for any reason whatsoever.
14. We may undertake publicity activities relating to giveaways. You must notify us if you do not consent to us using your name and photograph(s) on social media and other marketing material.
